Lead Electrician
Originally from western Washington, Shawn now calls Montana home, and doesn’t mind the beautiful drive to Sandpoint each day. Shawn entered the electrical trade in 2016 and, after a brief stint in excavation, reconnected with the field thanks to a chance jobsite conversation with one of our technicians. He was drawn to Panhandle Electric for our diverse project portfolio, commitment to quality work, and family-oriented culture.
Shawn enjoys the variety each day brings in the electrical trade, from residential upgrades to large-scale commercial and industrial projects. As a team lead, he's excited to run point on more jobs this year, striving to deliver marketable results and meet deadlines with professionalism and precision.
Outside of work, Shawn and his wife, Kerstin, enjoy the rural Montana lifestyle with their two young sons. When he’s not on the job, you’ll likely find him out hunting, fishing, or just enjoying the outdoors with his family. With his strong work ethic, leadership skills, and calm reliability, Shawn has already proven to be a valued member of the Panhandle Electric team.
